Pinched nerve ans Sciatica are one in the same. The Sciatica nerve is a long nerve running from the base of

your spine all the way down to your foot. When it’s pinched it can cause pain anywhere it runs.

You need to do stretching exercise to take the pressure off the nerve. Have a physiotherapist show you a specific set of exercises. It’s worth the assessment. Once you know how to do the exercises you can do them on your own.

Supplements that help are Omega3 fish oils, Glucosamine, Calcium,Vitamin D, Q10 and a bioavaible curcumin complex. Choose high quality supplements, because the cheaper ones are ineffective, and often contain impurities or steroids.

Basically you want to reduce the inflammation and give you body the tools to repair.
