The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in the development of activity programs, a commitment to client directed care, well-being and enablement, have strong communication skills, experience managing teams and expertise in developing positive cohesive partnerships. Essential qualification Cert IV in Leisure & Health. Qualifications in Aged or Community Care desirable.
